About Enterprise Electrics

Electrical safety and regulatory compliance sit at the heart of everything we do. As NAPIT approved contractors, we are regularly commissioned to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for landlords, letting agents, property management companies and homeowners throughout the West Midlands region. We understand the legal obligations placed on landlords and property owners under current legislation, and every EICR we issue meets those requirements fully.

Alongside our EICR and inspection work, our engineers carry out a full range of electrical installation projects — from consumer unit upgrades and full property rewires to emergency lighting installations and smart lighting systems — serving clients across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Enterprise Electrics is a registered member of NAPIT — the National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers — one of the UK’s leading Government-authorised and UKAS-accredited membership scheme operators for electrical contractors. NAPIT membership requires our engineers to demonstrate and maintain competence against the current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition), and our work is subject to regular independent assessment. All electrical installation certificates issued by Enterprise Electrics are fully recognised by building control bodies, local authorities, insurers and letting agents.

Enterprise Electrics is registered with TrustMark, the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme covering work carried out in and around the home. TrustMark registration provides assurance that we operate to agreed standards of technical competence, customer service and business conduct.

We hold accreditation under the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) framework, which recognises our commitment to safe working practices across all environments and sectors. SSIP accreditation is increasingly specified as a pre-qualification requirement for commercial and industrial contracts, and demonstrates that our health and safety management meets recognised industry standards.

We provide a full range of domestic electrical services for homeowners, landlords, buy-to-let investors, letting agents and property management companies throughout the West Midlands. From EICR landlord certificates and consumer unit upgrades to full property rewires and smart lighting installations, our residential work is carried out to the same exacting standards as our commercial and industrial projects.

Our commercial electrical services cover office fit-outs, retail and hospitality installations, commercial landlord properties, managed premises and a range of other business environments. We are experienced in working around business operations and other trades, completing projects efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Our engineers have hands-on experience in industrial electrical environments, including three-phase distribution, machine and plant wiring, switchgear and control panels, and industrial lighting systems. We carry out industrial electrical projects throughout the West Midlands and South Staffordshire.
